Our Story
Espresso Chalet was born from a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee deserves a setting as thoughtful as its preparation. Nestled along Stevens Pass Highway in Gold Bar, we've created a space where the pace slows and the details matter.
Our coffee is sourced directly from growers who share our respect for quality. Every bean is selected for its character — whether it's the bright jasmine notes of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or the deep chocolate undertones of a Guatemalan Antigua. We roast in small batches and pull each shot with precision.
Our pastries are baked on-site, every morning, using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. The result is food that tastes as intentional as the space it's served in.
